Who provides the service
Nilecrz is operated by Capital Travel Service, license number 2179, at 1 Farouk Street, Giza, Al Haram. Contact hello@nileecruz.com or WhatsApp +201158011600. The cruise operator and any tour supplier are identified with the relevant offer. Their service responsibilities and Capital Travel Service’s booking responsibilities must be stated in the final booking documents.
Browsing, accounts and prices
You can browse listed cruises and starting prices without an account. Sign in to see exact departure rates, additional cabins and personal offers. Starting prices are indicative prices for the stated cabin or itinerary, not a quotation for every departure. Review the currency, traveler eligibility, occupancy, dates, inclusions and total before reserving. No currency conversion is implied.
Reservations and personal offers
A schedule alone does not establish cabin availability. When you reserve a published rate or accept an offer, the system rechecks availability and secures the required cabins. Offers can expire or change before acceptance. Your booking records the accepted dates, cabins, price and terms. Review these records and report errors promptly. A request for offers is not itself a reservation.
Cruise payment deadlines
For new bookings, full cruise payment is due within 3 days of booking for departures from 24 December through 7 January inclusive and other published premium periods; within 7 days for other October–April departures; and within 14 days for May–September departures. A day means 24 elapsed hours. If departure comes sooner, payment must be completed before departure. Your booking shows the exact deadline in Egypt time. Earlier accepted bookings retain their recorded terms. Partial payments do not extend the deadline. An unpaid balance leads to cancellation and cabin release. Payment evidence awaiting verification requires review before automatic release.
Payment records and separate extras
Follow the payee and payment instructions provided for your booking. The current service records payment requests and reported receipts; an entry in the dashboard does not itself transfer money. Sightseeing and other tours are optional and have separate orders, payment deadlines, suppliers and cancellation terms. Paying or cancelling a tour does not pay or cancel the cruise, or vice versa.
Cancellation and refunds
Read and acknowledge the cruise-specific written cancellation policy and percentage schedule before payment. Charges may depend on days before departure and may be calculated against the booking total or the amount paid, as stated in the accepted policy. A refund record is not proof that a bank transfer has settled. Changes, exceptions and disputed calculations require review. Tour cancellation and refund terms apply independently to each tour order.
Your information and assistance
Provide accurate traveler, eligibility and contact information. Confirm entry requirements and travel documents with the relevant official authorities. Do not submit another person’s information without authority to do so. Contact hello@nileecruz.com with the booking reference for corrections, complaints or assistance. These draft terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer rights; the final legal and dispute provisions require approval before launch.
